Preventative Care
We offer a range of care designed to keep your oral health in tip top condition and are passionate about preventing disease and damage in the first place.
Oral Examination
It is important to have your teeth and general oral health checked by a dentist regularly. Our dentists and hygienist will monitor the health of your teeth and gums, allowing for the prevention of serious gum or teeth disease.
Scale and Clean
A scale and clean removes the tartar and plaque built up on your teeth - even with regular brushing and flossing. Our dentists and hygienist will clean your teeth of the built up tartar and plaque using state of the art equipment to ensure best results. Regular dentist cleaning will help prevent cavities and gum diseases from occurring.
Screening for Oral Cancer
Our dentists perform checks for signs of oral cancer each time you visit. Oral cancer refers to any of the possible cancers that occur in your mouth: lips, tongue, gum, cheeks, tonsils, etc. When detected early enough, the survival rate for oral cancers is as high as 90% which is why it is important to not only look out for them yourself, but also be seen by a professional who knows what to look out for.
Periodontal (Gum) Treatment
Gum disease, also known as periodontitis, causes a gradual breakdown of the structures that support teeth, including the gums and jaw bone. These structures cannot regenerate on their own once lost, leading to gum recession and tooth loss if left untreated. This can have a significant impact on health, chewing ability, and the appearance of the smile. However, with proper dental care, gum disease can usually be managed and controlled.
Sleep Apnoea Treatment
Sleep apnoea may be the cause of ongoing fatigue or chronic energy issues. This condition happens when the soft tissues in your throat and tongue collapse, obstructing airflow to your lungs. Our dentists can provide a non-surgical solution to reduce snoring and drowsiness symptoms for mild to moderate cases.
A mandibular advancement splint (MAS) is worn in your mouth and works by pushing your lower jaw and tongue forward, opening your airway and allowing air to circulate, providing a comfortable option.

Wisdom Teeth Removal
Wisdom teeth begin emerging in the late teenage years and can cause problems due to not having enough room to emerge. When this happens, they can begin growing into the gum, which can cause symptoms such as pain and infection. To prevent more serious issues, we recommend removing impacted wisdom teeth as soon as possible.
Our safe and simple extraction procedure, along with anaesthetic, ensures a pain-free experience. We also provide a detailed after-care plan to minimize discomfort and protect against infection. While some pain swelling, and bleeding are normal after dental extraction, we strive to keep it to a minimum.
Emergency Care Services
Restorative Care
Sometimes, things go wrong. But we are here to help in a safe, gentle and reliable way.
Dental Bonding
Maybe you chipped your tooth or cracked your teeth eating that ice block. Dental bonding, or composite bonding, is a form of adhesive dentistry where your dental professional applies a tooth-coloured resin, to a broken, crooked or wrongly spaced tooth to correct the position, size or shape of a tooth or set of teeth. This can also be done for cosmetic reasons.
Crowns, Inlays & Onlays
Crowns, inlays or onlays are required for teeth that have been badly damaged and are missing parts in areas.
The difference between a crown, inlay and onlay is the area of the tooth they cover. An onlay covers part of the side of a tooth that may be missing and an inlay is for teeth with side walls fully intact. A crown covers the whole tooth above the gum line.
Root Canal Therapy
In some cases, a root canal is required in order to save a tooth. Once a tooth has become infected to a certain extent, it must either be removed completely (extracted) or the pulp material from within must be taken out with a root canal treatment. While extraction may seem like the lowest-cost and easiest option up front, it does come with some downsides. If you opt for extraction, it’s recommended to replace the extracted tooth with a dental implant or other replacement option, which can be costly. If a replacement tooth isn’t placed, your other teeth could shift to fill in the gap, causing problems with your bite. Bone loss in the jaw can also occur when lost teeth aren’t replaced. For these reasons, it’s always preferable to save your natural teeth where possible, making root canal treatment a superior option to tooth extraction.
Dental Bridges
A dental bridge is designed to fill the gap left by a missing tooth (that may have been the result of injury, disease or decay). A bridge is necessary to support the surrounding teeth and prevent them from shifting over time.
Fillings and Restoration
Dental fillings help to restore the integrity and function of a missing tooth structure. Fillings are typically used to repair cavities caused by decay and prevent further deterioration of the tooth that may otherwise result in complete tooth loss.

We bond the filling to the surface of your affected tooth and ensure that it is fits comfortably when you bite down. We take great care in our work and often see them last for many years.
